Via AMA Pro Racing;

The AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National Championship presented by Motorcycle-Superstore.com and Lucas Oil is gearing up for the busiest part of its season as the Grand National riders make the drive from one AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National event on back to back weekends.

With the Knoxville Half-Mile (Knoxville, IA) approaching quickly, Knoxville Raceway is opening their grounds for a test and tune session on Friday, August 24th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The half-mile race marks the 13th event of the season and all riders are welcome.

There are many new teams and a wide variety of equipment for the 2012 season with Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, Ducati, Triumph, KTM and Suzuki all expected to be represented in the "Twins" class this year.

The test and tune will be open to the press and public where they can get an up-close preview of the paddock and parking opens at 10 a.m. Knoxville Raceway does ask for a $50 donation to offset costs.
